Returns and Exchanges

We are a made to order brand. Order cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing the order. We do not have a refund policy.

In case the product delivered is incorrect / damaged please email us on support@teeculture.in within 24 hours of delivery. The team might ask you to furbish further information to support your claim, we request you to kindly co-operate so that we can provide quick assistance. Once approved, we shall arrange for an exchange. Pick up and delivery cost will be arranged by Styched.

In case the tshirt does not fit you and you require a size exchange, we can do so at an additional cost of INR 100. This cost covers the cost for reverse and forward logistics.

Any exchange request has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
